Emergency E-Bike Help 🆘🚲

VELO Aachen also operates an e-bike breakdown service. In many cases they can repair the bike on site; if that isn't possible, they can transport it to their workshop.

They also have a 24/7 inner-tube vending machine (Schlauchautomat) at their workshop – very useful if you discover a puncture outside normal opening hours.

Our tip

If you're bringing your own MTB or e-bike to WaldBachHouse, you're very welcome to store it securely here. For most everyday problems such as a puncture, worn brake pads or a broken chain, Aachen and Eschweiler have plenty of specialist shops and workshops.

For larger e-bike problems, it is best to call the workshop first and tell them the make of bike and motor system, as not every workshop can diagnose every e-bike system.
